What changed by law in 2025?
As of July 1st, 2025 all properties who are letting to tenants through fixed term contracts and would like to publish it to let it through any platform, need a registration number to be applied for at the Property Register in Madrid. In order to obtain this number, you need electronic signatures to fill out some documents. We will organise this for all properties we manage.
