We had never used a third party before so were unsure how we could engage someone trustworthy

We recently engaged Quilantro’s services to manage our apartment in Madrid as we were living in Australia and could not manage our apartment, particularly finding good tenants, from so far away. We had never used a third party before so were unsure how we could engage someone trustworthy who would keep our interests in mind.

While our initial conversations were focused on property leasing\management, after Lilian’s initial inspection we all decided on a major overhaul of the apartment before leasing it out. Lilian engaged an excellent builder and through Lilian and Bosco’s (the builder) recommendations and very hard we work, we completed a major renovation in good time, at our agreed budgets and felt fully engaged along the process, even though we were thousands of kilometers away and in a very different timezone.

The result being basically a brand new apartment that looks amazing, which has allowed Lilian to easily find good quality tenants, while giving us a great rental return on the renovation effort. Now that it has been leased, having Lilian manage the property and tenants makes life so much easier for us, it keeps our tenants happy and we know exactly what’s going on all the time.

We honestly could not be happier with Lilian and Quilantro’s services to date. She is very detailed and gives a very high level of service, we also thoroughly enjoy our conversations and banter with Lilian.
