Dear customer or participant in one of our programs,
In these terms and conditions, we outline your rights and obligations, as well as ours. We don’t like to overcomplicate things, so we’ve kept these terms simple.

If you participate in one of Quilantro’s programs and encounter an issue that is not covered here, please contact us. We will find a solution together.

Article 1. Definitions

When the following terms are used, they shall mean:

Quilantro / we / us:
The company of Lilian Hermans, Quilantro Space S.L., registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid, Volume 26,445, Folio 157, Section 8, Page M-476582, Entry 1, and user of these terms.

You / your:
The natural or legal person who participates in a program or enters into an agreement with us.

Online training:
All forms of information transfer from Quilantro to you, both online and offline, in groups or individually.

Article 2. General

These terms apply to all offers, proposals, agreements, and legal relationships between you and Quilantro.

Quilantro may modify these terms. The latest version will always be available on quilantro.com. If changes affect your agreement, you will be informed.

If any provision is invalid or void, we will agree on a replacement provision that reflects the original intention.

Article 3. Offer

Quilantro regularly makes offers via website or webinars. Offers are valid only for the specified period.

Your acceptance is final only once confirmed by Quilantro.

Article 4. Agreement

The agreement is concluded once you accept the offer and complete payment.

Quilantro undertakes a best-efforts obligation but does not guarantee results.

Quilantro may involve third parties if necessary.

If changes are required, you will be informed in advance.

Content may be updated, modified, or replaced.

No “money-back guarantee” applies. However, you may raise claims in case of breach (see liability).

Article 5. Online Training

Online trainings may be paid in full or in installments.

Access is personal. Sharing login details is prohibited. Violation may result in termination without refund.

Access is granted after payment.

You will have access as long as the training exists, with a minimum of three months guaranteed.

Community access (if included) lasts up to 12 months unless stated otherwise.

You are responsible for having internet access and proper equipment.

Training is self-paced unless otherwise specified.

VIP coaching sessions are scheduled jointly.

Article 6. Membership

A membership may be offered in the future.

You can subscribe before the first day of the month for access to that month’s content.

Cancellation is monthly, before the first Monday of the month via email.

After cancellation, access remains until the first Monday of the next month.

Rejoining means paying the current rate and no access to past content.

Article 7. Intellectual Property

All materials belong to Quilantro or are licensed.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute materials.

Downloads are for personal use only.

You may not create your own training based on Quilantro materials.

Violation results in penalties of €25,000 per incident + €10,000 per week (max €250,000).

Article 8. Payment

Payment must be completed before access is granted.

Invoices must be paid within 7 days.

Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination and collection procedures.

Article 9. Liability

Quilantro is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit or business interruption.

You are responsible for how you apply the knowledge.

Quilantro is not liable for technical issues, viruses, or temporary unavailability.

Liability is limited to the invoice amount or last three months (membership).

Article 10. Miscellaneous

Quilantro handles personal data carefully (see privacy policy).

Spanish law applies.

Disputes are handled in Madrid.
