What you might
want to know first.

Is English the language of the program?

Yes. All modules, Q&A sessions, and written materials are in English. This makes the program accessible to international property owners and property managers regardless of their English, Spanish or Dutch language level.

Do I need to be based in Spain?

No. The program is specifically designed for people who manage Spanish property without being physically present full time. The entire operating system works remotely.

What if I have already a property manager?

Then this is still for you. Understanding the system your manager should be following is the only way to verify they are actually doing their job. Many owners discover gaps only after something goes wrong.

Is this a course or a live program?

Both. You receive structured module content and assignments, but the program runs live with a fixed start date and live Q&A sessions. You are not working through pre-recorded videos in isolation — you are building your operating system in real time.

What happens after 1 October? Will the price change?

Yes. The Founding Member rate of 247 € applies to this round only. Round two will be priced at the regular rate of 997 €. There are 10 places in this round and no exceptions once they are filled.
