We help expats and newcomers to find the right house or apartment. This package includes:

• finding a home based on your specific requirements;

• making appointments for visits;

• organizing as many visits as possible within a short period of time;

• accompanying you on home visits;

• if you wish to search for a home from abroad, we can make professional videos and photos for you;

• focusing on accommodation offered by landlords directly rather than real estate agents. Note that Spanish real estate agents charge an additional month's fee (and VAT) for their services;

• negotiating on rental terms and conditions;

• reviewing the rental contract;

• one month´s rent, paid as a deposit and with a minimum of 750 € plus 21% VAT.

NIE package

We can help you to apply for a NIE.

A NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) is required for almost everything in Spain. Applying for a NIE should be one of your top priorities when you are going to live in Madrid.

A NIE is a type of fiscal number for foreigners who conduct financial activities in Spain. Without a NIE, it is not possible to buy a home in Spain, to open a bank account, to obtain a loan, to apply for social security (seguridad social) or to (find) work via an employment agency. Children also need a NIE in order to, amongst others, apply for social security.

The NIE package includes:

• ensuring availability of all necessary documents;

• making an appointment for the application of the NIE;

• accompanying you on the application visit.
